Hire Charges for 2016

11am to 11pm/11:30pm --------------- £600
2pm -11pm/11:30pm --------------- £500
12noon to 7pm --------------- £350
8:30am to 2pm --------------- £250
Hire rates stated above are for Saturday hire. This includes full use of the stage, kitchen and car park facilities.
A £150 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking reservation. The balance plus an indemnity deposit of £300 must be paid 4 weeks before the event against breakage/damage and to ensure that the hall is vacated on time, left in a clean and tidy condition and our terms and conditions are adhered to.
There are 30 tables 180cms by 30cms and 7 148cms by 30cms, we also have 5 round tables included in the hire charge. There are sufficient chairs to seat 200.
To be considerate to our neighbours, we have a strict policy on noise and have thereby installed a noise limiter to maintain a noise level that we deem acceptable. Music must also be turned off by 1 hour and a half before the hire ends or 10:00pm latest and the premises must be vacated on time or by 11:30pm at the latest.
