Hire Charges for 2025 - Saturday Only

    • 11am to 11pm/11:30pm --------------- £900

      • 2pm -11pm/11:30pm --------------- £750

      • Afternoon

        • 12noon to 7pm --------------- £580

        • Morning

          • 8:30am to 2pm --------------- £410

          Hire rates stated above are for Saturday hire. This includes full use of the stage and car park facilities.

          PLEASE NOTE
          A £150 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking reservation. The balance plus an indemnity deposit of £300 must be paid 4 weeks before the event against breakage/damage and to ensure that the hall is vacated on time, left in a clean and tidy condition and our terms and conditions are adhered to.

          There are 27 tables 180cms by 60cms and 7 148cms by 60cms, included in the hire charge. There are sufficient chairs to seat 170.

          We have 15 round tables available to hire at an additional charge, price available on request.

          To be considerate to our neighbours, we have a strict policy on noise and have thereby installed a noise limiter to maintain a noise level that we deem acceptable. Music must also be turned off by 1 hour and a half before the hire ends or 10:00pm latest and the premises must be vacated on time or by 11:30pm at the latest.
